Hours and Day of Operation:
Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday through Monday. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Closed New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Admission Prices:
$7 for adults. Free for children 16 years and younger, Indigenous/Tribal Affiliations, NM disabled veterans, NM foster families, Friends of Lincoln members, and Museum of New Mexico Foundation members. NM residents admitted free the first Sunday of every month with ID. Seniors 60+ admitted free on Wednesdays.

Location:
Lincoln is approximately 15 miles east of Capitan on U.S. 380

Directions:
Lincoln, NM. 15 miles east of Capitan on U.S. 380 or 10 miles west from the intersection of US 380 and US 70.

Visiting Etiquette:
Enjoy your visit. Take nothing but memories. Leave nothing but footprints.

Facilities:
The Visitor Center and five to seven museum buildings are open to the public, depending on the season, and most are wheelchair accessible. A small park is available for picnicking, and there is ½ mile hiking trail along the Rio Bonito.

Accessibility:
All museums are wheelchair accessible except for the second floor of the Courthouse.

Photo Policy:
Amateur photography is allowed inside the buildings. Professional photography is allowed with prior written approval. Call the Historic Site at 575-653-4025 for details.
