Returning this summer, the Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC) and Los Luceros Historic Site are teaming to offer an outdoor day camp filled with hands-on projects and adventures.
Does your child enjoy spending time outdoors? Would they love to explore the bosque with friends and learn more about water, birds, plants, and animals that live near them? Water play, crafting with paint and pastels, and adobe creation (mud-related activities) will be underway most days, so this camp is perfect for kids who like to get messy!
Los Luceros Day Camp is for children entering grades 1-3 in the fall. Parents will drop off and pick up their children at Los Luceros Historic Site in Alcalde. Participants will need to bring a lunch and snack every day. Registration closes two weeks before camp begins.
