Lincoln Lecture Series: Cooperative Fire Prevention

Join us for a special addition to the Lincoln Lecture Series. Today they’ll host two programs as part of Old Lincoln Days. Mary Lavin will discuss cooperative forest fire prevention and the true story of Smokey Bear from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. In a second lecture, Brandon Dixon talks about the dark history of the Lincoln Courthouse from 2 – 3 p.m.
These lectures delve into fascinating topics from guest lecturers throughout the state and take place in the iconic San Juan Bautista Church. Lincoln Lecture Series is included with admission of $7/adults and free to children 16 years and younger.
