Join Fort Selden staff in cultivating some of the chile out of Fort Selden’s on-site gardens. Then learn how you can make your own delicious salsa, a New Mexico staple food. Note: Any active flames or cooking over a live fire is dependent on state and local fire restrictions as well as expected weather conditions and current wind speeds.
