Due to the proximity to the South Fork and Salt wildfires in the Ruidoso and Mescalero areas of Lincoln County and supporting fire, emergency, and recovery efforts, Fort Stanton Live has been postponed. Conditions are dynamic and New Mexico Historic Sites supports the service and emergency needs for the surrounding communities.
