This property gives 360 degree views of the surrounding area from the second story. The River House was built by Fred Segal, a business owner who bought the property in the late 1980s, in 1993.
Please note that the house is not available for visitation. Please do not try to force any doors open.

Without flooding mitigation efforts, the River House would not be possible. You can see one of these efforts just upsteam from the river. A small dam can be seen from the western side of the house.
