People have lived in the Americas for thousands of years. Indigenous people have lived in the American Southwest for nearly that entire time. The evidence of human occupation in this area is seen in thousands of archaeological sites scattered throughout Northern Mexico, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and California. One of the sites with evidence of pre-Spanish contact is near where you are standing now, though it is not on the property itself. We do not disclose the location of Phiogeh Pueblo to protect it.
Take a moment to look at the landscape think about it has changed over time.
