Ranger Read and Learn
At Coronado Historic Site
6/21/25, Saturday
10:00am - 11:00am
In a partnership with the Martha Liebert Public Library in Bernalillo, Coronado Historic Site offers a “Ranger Read and Learn” story time that is free and geared toward children ages 3 – 7 years old. Listen to the story Archaeologists and What They Do by Liesbet Slegers, then examine pottery sherds and learn about the pottery found at Coronado Historic Site that were made 400-600 years ago. Children can then design their own ceramic pot puzzle and practice digging for artifacts in a gridded “archaeology” bin.
Martha Liebert Public Library is located at 124 Calle Malinche, Bernalillo NM, 87004. The event is free!
