Event Details

Los Luceros Historic Site (LLHS) offers extended hours from sunrise to sunset on the first Sunday of each month. During this time, entrance into LLHS is FREE for New Mexico residents with ID. Enjoy bird watching to see the winter Sandhill Cranes, listen to a children’s story led by a ranger, and participate in hands-on activities. Visitors are free to explore the historic buildings, nature trails, and farm animals.

Los Luceros offers a unique opportunity for people to explore and enjoy the site from dawn until dusk on the first Sunday of each month. Entrance is free for New Mexico residents with ID. Regular admission for non-residents is $7/adult and free to children 16 and younger.
